11/19/2017I loved when [David] commented on the value that every person has to offer. He said that, “Every kind of creative thinking is helpful.” It’s easy to get into a groove and just think “Okay, I need xyz done and these 2 people are good at that, so just let them do it.” You don’t always think about opening up to others’ opinions and seeing how those can improve the project.
