Facilitators establish the CEO culture with a goal of creating an environment that is all about learning.

They invent, refine and innovate in ways that connect participants with the community, collaborate with CEO board members and most importantly provide guidance to the participants.

Meet our Facilitator

Tom Shoaff.

Tom owns and operates Oliver Coffee Co and Blue Willow Photo + Video with his wife Hannah. He graduated from Greenville University and worked as a PTA for several years before beginning his entrepreneurial career. His favorite thing about CEO is watching students realize the potential they have and helping them reach their goals.
