Faith works at Shelby Electric Cooperative in Shelbyville, IL as the Member Services Specialist. She graduated from Indiana State University in 2022 with a degree in Marketing. She serves on the Shelby County CEO board as Board Chair. She was a graduate of the Shelby County CEO program in 2018 and is happy to be able to help navigate students through their time in CEO.

Jeremy is the State Farm Agent in Shelbyville. He graduated from Southern Illinois University with a degree in Marketing and a MBA from Illinois State University. He has served on the Shelby County CEO board since its inception in 2017. Growing up in a smaller town in Southern Illinois, he was excited to be a part of a program that would help the students gain some real world experience and exposure to the local business owners in their communities.

Sara is the School Counselor for Stewardson-Strasburg CUSD 5A. She has been a School Counselor for the past 15 years and has formally served on the ClassE board for Charleston High School. She was excited to have been given the opportunity to serve Shelby County CEO when she was hired at Stew-Stras. She is an alumni of Neoga High School, Southern Illinois University Edwardsville and Eastern Illinois University. It is exciting to see how CEO gives students an opportunity to step outside of the their comfort zone, meet new people and discover different career opportunities! I am appreciative of how our local businesses keep giving back to our students!

Kyle Ladd is the principal at Shelbyville High School. He is also a company director at StaffQuick. Kyle's areas of specialization include: outdoor education, service learning, entrepreneurial education, academic enrichment, and economic development. He is an involved member of the following organizations: Friends of Lake Shelbyville 501 (c)(3), Army Corps of Engineers Youth Ambassador Program, ROSC Council,Central Illinois Athletic Conference, Shelby County CEO, and the Illinois Principal Association. Kyle was awarded the Medal of Merit by the American Red Cross in 2012 and he was a finalist for the Illinois Teacher of the Year Award in 2018. In recent years, he has worked with the Illinois State Board of Education to create career pathways that are aligned to the Postsecondary and Workforce Readiness Act.

Taylor works at IHI Turbo America in Shelbyville, IL as the HR Generalist. She graduated from Eastern Illinois University in 2019 with a degree in Business Management. As a graduate of Windsor Jr. Sr. High School, she has been a long term resident in Shelby County.

Charlotte Schuricht is the Marketing Manager at Software Solutions Integrated located in Shelbyville. She has a Bachelor's degree in Community Health with a concentration in Health Planning and Administration and a Master's degree in Agriculture Education with a certification in Horticulture, both from the University of Illinois. Prior to joining SSI, she worked as a Human Resources Manager for a large hospital system and was the Agriculture Literacy Program Coordinator, teaching agriculture programs for the University of Illinois Extension. Charlotte and her husband Shane reside in Shelbyville and have four children, all of whom have either graduated from or are currently attending the University of Illinois.

Tessa Wiles has been a resident of Shelbyville for 12 years, where she lives with her husband, Andy, and their daughter, Ella. She is an active member of New Hope Church and enjoys spending her free time camping and traveling with her family. Tessa is an alumna of Lake Land College and Eastern Illinois University, reflecting her strong commitment to education and community. Professionally, Tessa serves as the Director of Dual Credit and Honors Experience at Lake Land College, where she is dedicated to fostering educational excellence and opportunities for students.
